How long should I use a helmet? It has no damage, but I don’t know how often a person should just replace it. Or not?

So i now know that kelley rides… does anyone else start up there bikes and cruise anywhere on the weekends.
Or is this group a bunch of sit arounds, and watch the speed network all day?
